Hi, I'm Ed, and I co-started ByteXD because I love writing dev tutorials. I manage the website and usually write beginner-friendly tutorials on Linux, web development, web hosting, and AI tools. I'm passionate about (1) making things less intimidating, boring, or complicated for beginners: I'm a pretty slow learner, so I understand the frustration a lot of people feel when they're just starting out with something new. (2) Great value web hosting: (you can use a $5/mo VPS (1GB RAM) + $10/yr domain + WordPress + a few other configs, and you'll have a site that can easily handle at least 5000 visitors per day) (3) AI tools: They're so much fun. (4) Machine Learning: I'm not great at it and I'm currently learning, but it's really exciting.
